After the UK / EU Agreement transitional period on 31st December 2020, the law that applies to aviation rights and obligations is only UK law. This includes all of the retained EU Regulations and is being amended by an increasing amount of UK Law.

As a result, material published on EU web pages are no longer an accurate representation of the current state of UK law. The government will be publishing all UK aviation law in due course. The materials below are the current documents at the time this page was published but should be checked whether they contain the most up to date information available. This can be checked by visiting the UK CAA website. All retained EU law is scheduled to have been replaced by 31st December 2023.
